Arctic Wolf Integrates with Microsoft Defender for Identity
New Collaboration Strengthens User Identity Protection
Enhanced Security Against Credential-Based Attacks
Arctic Wolf, a leading provider of cloud-based security operations, has announced a new integration with Microsoft Defender for Identity. This partnership aims to enhance user identity protection and mitigate the risks associated with credential-based attacks.
In 2023, Arctic Wolf's research revealed that 39% of non-business email compromise (BEC) incidents involved attackers using stolen credentials to access exposed applications. The integration with Microsoft Defender for Identity will strengthen the defense against such threats by leveraging behavioral analytics and real-time threat intelligence.
The combined solution provides continuous monitoring of user accounts, detecting anomalous activities and suspicious behavior. It identifies potential threats in real-time and takes swift action to neutralize them, minimizing the impact of credential-based attacks.
"This integration with Microsoft Defender for Identity is a game-changer in the fight against credential-based attacks," said Brian NeSmith, CTO of Arctic Wolf. "By combining our expertise in threat detection with Microsoft's advanced identity protection capabilities, we are empowering our customers to protect their user identities and reduce the risk of compromise."
